How to make a booking:-

When you wish to proceed with a booking, we will forward a booking confirmation listing the dates, holiday cost and linen charges for your consideration.

We will reserve the accommodation for 72 hours based on your verbal or e mailed instruction to proceed with a booking and this option will expire if we do not receive the deposit.

To confirm your booking, please send a deposit of 25% and once we have received the deposit we will send you confirmation by email.

Please do not make any other travel or similar arrangements for the holiday until we have confirmed the booking by e mail.

The 75% balance of your holidayplus linen and security deposit is for payment two months prior to the holiday start date. If the booking is made less than 2 months prior to holiday start date, then the total cost is payable when making the booking. Once we have received the full balance, we will send you keys.

Keys will not be forwarded until full payment has been made.

Deposits and balances can be paid by cheque please.

We do not issue reminders for balance payment and we therefore kindly ask customers to ensure balances are fully paid within two calendar months of the holiday start date.

In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your holiday, unfortunately the following cancellation fees are chargeable.

Canellation at any time will entail loosing your deposit.
Canellation Up to 1 calendar month prior to arrival date will entail you loosing 75% of the accommodation cost.
Canellation less than 1 calendar month prior to arrival date will entail you loosing 100% of the accommodation cost.

If we manage to re- let the accommodation after your cancellation, we will always refund you with with an amount of money equal to the new re-letting income, less costs and subject to an upper limit of the original accommodation cancellation cost..

We strongly recommend all Clients to arrange suitable travel insurance to cover losses.

A £100.00( La Sapiniere & La Cachette) or £200.00 ( Chalet Constantine) security deposit will be required with your holiday balance payment

(Please add to your holiday balance payment and not a separate cheque). Subject to no additional cleaning being required, items not needing replacment due to breakage and keys/garage door zappers being safely returned, your security deposit will be refunded in full, within one week of you returning the keys. Please always return keys by recoreded delivery.
